We offer bi-weekly group meditation which is available online via Zoom.us.
The meditation will last about an hour with walking meditation in the middle. After that we will read from Buddhist wisdom and have a discussion. We have enough cushions and chairs for everyone.
This meditation will broadcast from our regular Sunday Zoom.us link.
